PowerTalk Speakers Group Meeting Program Format
7:00am – Zoom Host Welcome, Warm-up, & Brief Overview (5 minutes max).
Please note: Due to very limited time, we will skip formal “round-robin” introductions (unless there are visiting guests – then in that case, we would just ask the guests to briefly introduce themselves with name, where they’re from, and either the topics they speak on or the “nature of their business.”)
7:06am – The Ice Breaker: 2-minute “Share, Show, & Tell” – Visiting Guest or Club Member
This is just a fun way to get to know someone on a more personal level.
7:09am – 3 Talking Point Questions: Zoom Host Vitalia Bryn-Pundyk, M.ED/DTM/DPP
Vitalia will select 3 questions to ask Club Members and/or Visiting Guests
7:16am – PowerTalk Power Tip (5 minutes max) – Visiting Guest or Club Member
This can be ANYTHING: presentation tip, sales tip, business growth, networking, or
ANYTHING fun and creative: cooking tip, travel tip, gardening tip, life hack tip, etc….
7:22am – PowerTalk Presentation: (10-20 minutes max.) – Visiting Guest or Club Member
7:43am – Feedback (evaluation just 2-3 minutes max) – Visiting Guest or Club Member
7:47am – “Shout Outs,” & “Take-aways” - Promos, Referrals, or Requests - Open to Anyone
